The courtyard has brand new deck furniture and a grill that you're welcome to use. There are also flowers if I can manage to keep them from dying. This is a private courtyard only shared w/ the second floor unit.

1 block to the 6 train, 4 blocks to Central Park, and 2 blocks to the East River promenade. 5 blocks to the 2/3 express train, museums, and central harlem eateries.
