There is an ample dining area with table and chairs. The living room area is open and furnished with a wheeled sleight bed, a glass desk and chairs. There is a television with cable, sound system and very good lighting, It is very quiet and looks onto backyards with a tree that will soon be in bloom.

The bathroom is spacious and has a stand-up shower, a wash basin and WC.
