I am subletting my apartment for approximately 2-3 months starting Mid October(the 15th or so) to about the first week in January. Approximately 15 days in October, the whole month of November and December and some days in January, of course I can come to an arrangement of give or take days in within. The apartment is very nice with new wooden floors and an incredible view of the City College Campus. It’s located only 4 minutes to the A,B,C,D trains and only 1 stop on the A or D express trains to Columbus Circle 59 st. Station. I take very good care of my apartment. I expect and will make sure that it is in the same condition when the time of sublet is due.

I plan to facilitate phone service, Cable Television, of course gas and electricity and HIGH SPEED INTERNET at an inclusive fee which may be subject to a written agreement of the temporary deal.(price negotiable)
