It has everything it says in the title - convenience, space, renovations, doorman, elevator, laundry, plus a dishwasher and air conditioner. Gas is paid for, electricity is yours to cover. I'm looking for someone with good credit who is responsible and clean. Rent can be negotiable, within reason, for the right person with the right situation, but given up front. This is a great stepping stone for out-of-staters who need to buy more time to find a nice place, but don't want to live in a rathole (believe me, I've been there).
