The apartment is a nice sized 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Grenwich Village.It is located 2 blocks from both the Christopher Subway Station and the West 4th Station. It is fully furnished, has exposed brick walls. The apartment is located on Jones Street, a one block tree-lined street, located two blocks from both the Christopher/Sheridan Station(1&9)and two blocks from the West 4th St Station (A,C,E,F,V). It is also 1 block from two different supermarkets and three blocks from Washington Square Park. The building has an elevator, laundry, machines, and a live-in super. There is no doorman but there are two locked doors at the entrance of the building. The apartment has one bedroom and a nice living room. There is a queen-sized pull-out sofa-bed. There is a stereo, dvd player, vcr, and tv w/ cable and AC in the living room. In the kitchen there is a toaster, microwave and blender. Both the kitchen and batroom were renovated within the last two years. The neighbors are great and the neighborhood, the west village, is amazing! I am interested in subleting the apartment January 15th, through Sept 15th, with the possibility of extending it month to month after that.
